User Content must: (i) be accurate (where it states facts), (ii) only contain opinions that are genuinely held, and (iii) comply with applicable law.
User Content must not: (i) be defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, indecent, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory, (ii) infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark or privacy right of any other person, (iii) be likely to deceive any person, (iv) breach any legal duty owed to a third party, (v) contain illegal content or promote any illegal content or activity, (vi) impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person, (vii) be pornographic.
BA’s Market Data Service (MDS)
In the event that you are provided with or otherwise access any MDS report, results and/or information through or via any area of this site, you hereby agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the MDS and such report, results and/or information are owned by the BA, and that you may only use the MDS and such report, results and/or information for internal use to undertake market analysis and agree not to amend or share publicly or publish outside of your organisation any such report, results and/or information, save with the prior written consent of the BA.
Other
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You and the BA both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
